City Digs Itself Out of Snowstorm

After the second blizzard of the year, the clean up has begun. Thousands of workers and almost two thousand snow plows are out on the streets clearing roads and sidewalks. Sherisse Pham has the story.

    That’s a pertty cool idea. But to really give him some incentive to run, he should promise the charity $50,000 minus the number of runners he passes. That way, he is really trying his best to protect his checking account.
