New Yorkers recently learned their transportation fare is going to increase this spring to help close the MTA’s $1.2 billion deficit. By a 12-1 vote, transit officials voted to increase fare rides on New York’s buses, subways and rail lines. As Ivonne Snavely reports, many commuters are not happy with the decision.
