If you have to talk on your cell phone, make sure that you don’t do it while driving or you might face a hefty fine. The NYPD started their twenty-four hour crackdown on people who use their cell phone while driving. And to our surprise many people are still using their hand held devices. Angel Canales reports from Washington Heights.
